Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Bahrain is seeking a qualified telecommunications service provider to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of reliable and secure ISDN landline, eFax, and postpaid mobile services. The selected vendor must ensure full integration with UNDP’s existing Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure and maintain current phone and fax numbers. The services must include 24/7 technical support, high uptime, secure data handling, and support for features such as voicemail, auto-attendant, and telegram messaging. This tender covers all technical installation, monthly service provision, and associated service level obligations for a period of two years, extendable by one additional year based on performance.
Interested suppliers must submit a full technical and financial proposal in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Proposals must include a company profile, relevant licenses, proof of experience, SLA terms, and completed pricing templates. Only vendors meeting all minimum requirements will be considered.
