The Senior ICT Associate will perform a variety of activities related to process optimization and automation, development and maintenance of RPA solutions while ensuring applicable compliance, quality and documentation standards are met and maintained. UNICEF’s Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Budapest, Hungary provides services to UNICEF offices globally in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll and Information Technology. UNICEF GSSC has a continuous improvement process which often identify needed changes in process and integration of various system, this sometime result in automating manual processes and finding innovative ways to improve performance of teams and overall operations. The Senior ICT Associate’s goal is to support the GSSC with process automation, development of solutions to implementation and maintenance.

Senior ICT Associate will perform a variety of activities related to process optimization and automation, development and maintenance of RPA solutions while ensuring applicable compliance, quality and documentation standards are met and maintained. The work requires close partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT subject matter experts and other stakeholders sharing information and ensure an optimal solution to the business.
