Coordinator! The temporary HR coordinator plays a critical role in
supporting HR initiatives for the Office of Advancement. This role is
responsible for providing operational, programmatic and
administrative support to the Advancement HR team. These critical
HR programs include assisting with the candidate care process,
organization chart updates, and membership management. What
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be HR Candidate Care
Process
- Partner closely with Central HR Recruiter to support various
aspects of the interview process. - Provide complex scheduling for all levels of campus partners to
ensure positive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment
life cycle. Includes making travel arrangements and detailed
coordination via phone, zoom, and in-person. - Coordinate candidate travel reimbursement and expenses through
Concur. - Support recruiter and hiring committee to ensure all interviews
are confirmed, accurate and timely. - Help draft final interview agendas/itineraries and interview
scheduling as needed per department.
Manage Online Memberships for Advancement
Staff
- Sign up new employees to CASE and Academic Impression online
memberships. - Manage all members, to include departure of employees and
removing access.
Additional Project Support
- Complete other HR-related duties at the discretion of the
Senior HR Director and Associate Director.
What You Should Know This is a temporary, part-time position
anticipated to last 6 months. The schedule will vary based on
business needs and is expected to work 15 – 25 hours per week. We
anticipate this position will be working in a hybrid work
situation, working primarily remotely with one day per week on
campus. Remote options may be available; we plan to discuss this
more in the interview process. What We Can Offer
The hourly pay for this position is $25.00.
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not
benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible
for paid sick
leave. What We Require
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from an
accredited institution in a field of study related to the work
assignment. A combination of years of education and experience
equivalent to the degree (4 years) will substitute. - One year of direct, professional work experience including
general administrative support.
