Job Description:

The LPN will work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other members of the S Health Services team to provide comprehensive clinical care for students illnesses, injuries, immunizations and health education needs. Commonly performed clinical duties include obtaining vital signs and patient histories, medication administration and injection, IV insertion/maintenance, and specimen collection. In addition to the clinical duties, laboratory responsibilities include phlebotomy, specimen collection and point-of-care testing. The LPN will on a per diem basis and will report directly to the Nurse Manager.
