Ref. UNDP-TKM-00102 TENDER FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PILOT eID AND eSIGNATURE SYSTEM IN TURKMENISTAN 

Dear Bidders,  

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Turkmenistan, hereby informs the companies that may be interested in participating in a tender for development of pilot eID and eSignature system in Turkmenistan (Ref. Ref. UNDP-TKM-00102)

Your proposals will be received through QUANTUM platform, no later than deadline indicated in the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is received in the system. The system will automatically close on the day and time indicated above.

Online Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 08 May 2024 at 16:00 Ashgabat time.
