Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) is one of the biggest and oldest German aid and welfare organization with more than one million members. Currently, ASB has 11 foreign offices and implementing programs in more than 20 countries. ASB, through its officially registered country office in Georgia, implemented several EU, German, and US government-funded projects related to: inclusive disaster risk reduction, provision of social services, improvement of economic and livelihood conditions, resocialization of persons in conflict with the law, confidence building, as well as humanitarian assistance to IDPs, conflict-affected population and other vulnerable groups, etc.

ASB Georgia is pleased to announce a tender with the purpose of selection an company/individual that will deliver the services outlined in the Terms of Reference below:

Project Title: PSEAH (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation,

Abuse and Harassment) and PCM (Project cycle management)

Donor: ASB Georgia

Project period: 01/07/2024 – 05/07/2024

By agreeing these the company or individual confirms that he/she meets all the following conditions:

Training details

  • Trainings will be held in Yerevan under ASB supervision for our partner organizations.
  • The company or individual should provide, presentation with a general description and technical data.
  • Duration of the presentation several hours with afterwards questions and answers.

Required skills and experience.

  • Education at the master’s level or equivalent in healthcare, civil protection or another relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilitation/guidance provided for practical simulations and exercises with particular focus on healthcare, emergencies, Crisis management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Ability to travel to Armenia.
