Role Overview: Primarily responsible for assisting the Bid Manager in responding to EV charge point and solar PV tenders on behalf of Joju, and assisting the Key Account Managers with administration to ensure the smooth running of key EV and PV accounts.
Salary Range: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting on tenders
Complete work assigned by Bid Manager within allotted timescales
Managing notifications for all tender sites
Check tender sites at least once a week
Find appropriate tenders and upload to the Joju server
Reading tender specifications and associated documents
Work out whose input is needed e.g. site visits or a non-Joju partner
Create a task list with dates for completion, circulate and manage
Assist with completing tender responses and submitting before the deadlines
Make sure questions from the client will go to someone at Joju after submission i.e. if you’re on holiday then someone else needs to be across post-tender clarifications
Reporting on tenders
Keep a record of all tenders, including those we didn’t respond to, and include:
Name of client
Closing date for response
Estimated value of tender
Names of Joju staff with responsibility for answering the tender
Procurement framework
Procurement website
Comments, including thinking on why or why not to go for tender
Name of winner
Supporting on Account Management
Complete work assigned by Head of Key Accounts within allotted timescales
Managing EV chargepoint fleet card access as requested by Key Accounts
New connection quote requests to District Network Operators and management of quotes
Back-office subscription management to keep accounts in date. Creation of quotes for the account Managers
Assisting Account Managers with general administration as required
