Our client is an impressive property management company, with a fast-growing network of properties, expanding across the UK. Due to business growth, they now have an opportunity for a territory manager, to manage their designed portfolio of properties within a localised patch, based in the Nottingham area.The role will be home based, with regular travel to your property development locations, which you will be responsible for managing, day to day. A company car will be provided for carrying out appointments (so you must hold a valid UK licence).The job will include:Conducting property viewingsObtaining feedback and putting offers forward to the asset management teamLiasing with the onboarding team, for tenant references and contract set upCarrying out inventories.Meeting new tenants and conducting a move in’sMidterm property inspectionsLiaising with the Property Management team to ensure maintenance issues are successfully carried outPost-appointment admin that includes chasing feedback, agreeing deals, typing up reports, updating software and sending out relevant information while working with property managersPreparing a check out report at the end of a tenancy that documents the condition of the propertyWorking hours are Monday – Friday, 8.45am -5.30pm and our client is offering a generous salary of £26,000 – £29,000, plus bonuses. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service driven candidate, who is able to build strong relationships and work well on their own initiative.
