Our client is a market leading global innovator in medical device technology with a reputation for excellence worldwide.
They are seeking to recruit a talented field-based Territory Manager to further strengthen their organisational capabilities across South West England.
In this commercial sales role, you will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted products within the Vascular Access Management (VAM) portfolio. You will be required to uncover the needs of your customers and position the client’s solution to meet those needs in a profitable manner.
You will offer clinicians the complete vascular access solution. The portfolio consists of venous access devices, from shorter term peripheral cannulas to long term central venous access catheters such as Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCS) and the care and maintenance products required for safe use of these devices.
As well as consumables you will be responsible for integrating ultrasound and ECG technology for the placement of PICCS into your target accounts.
The focus departments within the hospital environment will be Vascular Access teams, Oncology, ITU, Theatres, Radiology, Wards, Infection Prevention, A& E and Procurement.
Living on territory, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and will have extensive sales experience, with a demonstrable record of success in NHS Healthcare sales. Ideally you will be clinical trained and can demonstrate a strategic approach with success in coordinating numerous departments and customer types within the NHS setting. You will be highly motivated and have effective organisational skills, as well as the ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
You must be prepared to travel within your territory for up to 80% of your time in this field-based role.
