Location: North West/North East & IrelandIQVIA has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to join our client’s team!As a leading-edge product portfolio company in the Audiology market, our client’s dedicated and passionate team puts patients at the forefront of everything they do, empowering healthcare professionals to ensure successful patient outcomes for those with associated hearing loss.As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth within the designated territory. Your clinical and commercial expertise in Audiology will enable you to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Operating independently, you’ll manage your time effectively to achieve sales targets while upholding professional and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities within NHS and independent audiology settings.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations showcasing our clients products’ clinical benefits.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support new product development.
  • Achieve sales goals in the designated territory.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical background in Audiology (desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrated over-achievement of sales targets, preferably in a related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the NHS and ability to navigate across stakeholders.
  • Experience building successful commercial relationships within the NHS.
  • Autonomy, ethics, strategic thinking, and motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility for travel within the territory, including overnight stays.
