Job Summary The Test Center Proctor is responsible for greeting students, making sure the test center is set up appropriately based on student needs, and monitoring test administration following established guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking students in and out of the test center.
  • Monitoring students and test center environment to ensure assessments are completed within the guidelines set forth.
  • General office tasks (i.e., email and phone communications, general maintenance, supply ordering)
  • Other tasks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the test center.

Hourly Pay rate: $17.50/per hour
Education/Skills Requirements Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use good judgement.
  • Strong customer service orientation with positive, friendly, helpful attitude is a must!
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to follow written and oral direction.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of test center software and/or adaptive technology is preferred.
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents Required:

  • Prior experience in a customer facing role or related experience.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a test center environment.
  • Prior experience working with students in a classroom or similar setting.
Standard Work Days and Hours
  • Various shifts available in throughout the standard work week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with some occasional evening hours.
  • This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position working less than 20 hours/ week.
