About the Role
This role is responsible for testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet defined requirements and quality standards. Tasks include manual functional testing, defect identification, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders for resolution. The role also contributes to test strategy development and improvement of testing practices. Join us in ensuring product quality and continuous improvement!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform manual functional testing and execute existing automation test scripts as required
• Develop test deliverables and contribute to the improvement of testing assets and artifacts
• Assist in the development and maintenance of testing practice standards and processes
• Liaise with teams and stakeholders, provide expert advice, and ensure effective development and handover of testing assets for reuse

Who we are looking for
You will possess strong verbal and communication skills, adept at adapting to various stakeholders. Additionally, you should exhibit a self-driven learning mindset, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work independently with excellent time management, thriving even under pressure to ensure successful outcomes.

You will also have:

• Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training in Testing
• Qualifications in IT, Business or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent mix of education
• Extensive experience across Functional System Testing, System Integration and Regression testing capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of testing concepts in particular testing principles and methodologies
