The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP-Guyana), is seeking the interest of a consultancy firm for the assignment listed below:

 ·         Strategic Environmental Assessment of the National Action Plan for the Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining in Guyana

Under this assignment, UNDP is seeking a consultancy firm to support the development of the SEA will follow a participatory approach. As part of the assignment, public stakeholder participatory workshops/consultations are to be carried out in Georgetown and in the six (6) mining districts with key stakeholders including government agencies, miners, NGOs, and CSOs, both for obtaining inputs and for discussing alternatives and proposals. 

In case of discrepancies between the deadline indicated in the portal and deadline indicated elsewhere, the deadline in the portal will prevail. It is the responsibility of the bidder to be informed on the tender deadline.
