Introduction :

THE NIGERIAN INVESTMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME FOR STATES (NICPS)

UNDP with the initiative of the Nigerian Investment Procurement commission (NIPC), supported by GEMS3 (a DFID project) is seeking the services of an organisation that would deploy its resources to manage The Nigerian Investment Certification Programme for States (NIPCS) by to facilitate the Certification of States on their ability to provide investment information to investors. The programme seeks to strengthen the States’ (Sub-national governments) investment promotion infrastructure and to equip them with the needed capacity to put together the information needed by investors to make informed investment decisions with regard to location.
