Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Inclusive Therapeutics division. This role is pivotal in driving positive and lasting change in the lives of individuals with disabilities across Victoria, offering both full-time and part-time (.8 EFT) opportunities.
What You Will Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop and implement tailored Behaviour Support Plans using evidence-based strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments.
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with participants and their networks.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural needs effectively.
- Engage in regular team meetings to share insights and foster a learning environment.

Who We Are Looking For
We seek individuals who:
- Are recognised, or potentially able to be recognised, as developing at Core or higher in the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
- Have a robust foundation in therapeutic practices, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience or equivalent competencies.
- Possess tertiary qualifications (bachelor’s degree or above) in Psychology, Disability, Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to professional and personal growth.
