Introduction
The scope of this tender is to procure video production services from a Japan-based vendor for the production and coordination of two high-impact video products supporting UNDP’s communications for the TICAD9 Summit and Africa Week at Expo 2025.
The selected firm will:

Plan, coordinate, script, and film a youth-centered Africa-Japan dialogue video involving prominent personalities.

Edit and deliver a complete 40-minute interview-style feature and 10 short social media clips, with Japanese narration and English subtitles.

Produce a 2–3 minute high-level promotional video for TICAD9, based on UNDP-provided scripts and footage.

Manage all aspects of production including studio rental, interpretation, technical direction, post-production, subtitling, and licensing of footage.
This tender is conducted under a Request for Quotation (RFQ) modality with limited competition, and price shall be evaluated on a lowest-cost basis among technically compliant offers.
