Key objectives: The Consultant will carry out field research on the illegal trade in seahorses in Viet Nam and write a short report on the dynamics of the illegal seahorse trade in Viet Nam based on interviews with key actors in the trafficking chain and any other sources of data available to triangulate the interview findings.
