This role be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team. This role is integral to our journey. As a Trade Salesperson you will be creating a welcoming environment for all our customers visiting the store, ensuring to maintain and develop strong customer relationships. You will achieve this by gaining excellent product knowledge, helping to increase sale opportunities, opening new accounts and ensuring repeat business.You will be an integral part of the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.Your skillset for performance:At Nobia we focus on three core values: Care – Inspire – Deliver. Also, to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:
- The ability to work well as part of a team and also individually
- Customer service and a personable manner
- Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge
- The ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
- Desire to learn design software
- Capability to manage to stock
- Computer literate
- Readiness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
