Job description
This role is tailor-made for an entry-level Trading Analyst keen to delve into the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining market trends, making trade decisions, and providing trading advice to the trader.
- Accurate and timely updates to the trading capture system throughout the life of each deal
- Daily analysis and reporting of earnings, exposure and mark to market to advise and explain business performance
- Working closely with team members in trading, finance, risk control and operations to manage and understand commodity earnings and exposure
- Working as part of global teams to identify and implement process improvements utilising new digital solutions
Trading Analyst position with leading Commodities Trading company|Excellent opportunity for graduate with circa 1 year analyst experienceA successful Trading Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- Proficiency in financial software tools and platforms.
- A strong understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages
- An understanding of commodity trading terminology
