Trail Builder and Stone Mason

Requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in trail construction, stone masonry, landscaping or other outdoor manual labor
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and put in long days of intensive manual labor
• Ability to be an effective member of a small team, communicating and coordinating with team members
• Ability to work outdoors in the woods unsupervised and occasionally alone.
• Flexibility to travel as needed. Notice will be given for traveling longer distances for ‘away’ projects
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Lodging provided for projects outside of central Vermont operating area
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, ability to learn and respond to feedback, ability to perform high quality work efficiently within given timelines and while adapting to exterior condiitons
• Love of the outdoors
