You will be following up web enquiries from small to medium size business owners (for example hair salons, religious groups, charities, shops, cafes, picture framers) to qualify if a better deal can be made for their business essentials.

• Calling customers who have made a real-time web enquiry
• Confirm customers details and qualify if we are able to help
• Passing over qualified customers to the appropriate sales agents within Bionic
• Keep records of calls and note useful information on our Salesforce platform.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout

• Higher education (preferable)
• Previous work experience in either a customer service, sales or call centre environment is IDEAL but not essential
