We are committed to our 5 E’s and proud to live by our pledge to deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are embarking on journey of exceptional growth and we are looking for passionate, energised and experienced industry professionals from Adult Care and Health and Social settings to be part of our Graduate Personal Tutor programme and be and be one of our outstanding Personal Tutors.Location: National Remote based opportunities – with occasional travel for learner observations and meetingsStarting Salary: £24,500 – increasing during the programme and KPI related incentivesAs Graduate Personal Tutor, you will develop your training knowledge by completing our training programme and learn the skills to effectively deliver innovative and impactful learning to all learners. Whilst using your industry experience, knowledge, and passion for your chosen sector you will support a growing diverse caseload of learners as they progress thorough their qualifications.Key elements of this role involve:. Participating in the Graduate Personal Tutor training programme and complete professional qualification including AiET and TAQA. Motivating and driving learners to achieve their work-based qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning. Maintaining a growing caseload of learners. Encouraging further progression for our learners onto high level qualifications. Completing impactful and consistent progressive visits and reviews with learners and employers. Ensuring learners are fully ready with a completed portfolio. Supporting learners to feel confident at the EPA Gateway. Continuously develop own capability and share best practice with your peers. Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and proceduresWhat we need from you:. Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT· Minimum of Level 3 in vocational area for role and relevant occupational experience. Ideally Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care· Experience of working within industry e.g. Health and Social Care at a senior or managerial level. Experience of delivering or engaging in training activity or knowledge sharing with colleagues.
