We are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Representative to join our busy team in Shellingford!As a Trainee Sales Representative, you will be on the path to managing your own dedicated accounts list, providing exceptional customer account management both internally and through site visits. Your role will include sales order processing, building enduring relationships with customers, engaging in telesales, and generating new leads and enquiries. With extensive in-house training and the chance to take on ad-hoc tasks, you’ll be set up for success in your sales career!Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week – no weekends or evenings!Trainee Sales Representative Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Eager to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Outstanding communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
