Trainee Service Advisor Required for Car Dealership Specialist in the Crawley, West Sussex

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (Two 15-minute breaks & a 1-hour lunch)
• Pay: Negotiable Salary + Excellent Bonus Scheme

• Greeting and assisting customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team
• Providing accurate updates to customers on service progress and costs
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceptional service
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies
• Supporting the service team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
• Upholding health and safety standards at all times
• Delivering the highest level of customer care to maintain the dealership’s excellent reputation
