This is an exciting opportunity for a person who would like to start a career in Early Learning. This full-time Traineeship allows you to study while gaining valuable experience in the field. What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Trainee, you will be allowed to study while gaining valuable experience in the Early Learning field. You’ll learn to provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!
Your work may include:
- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Commitment to studying and learning while working in a rewarding environment
Who we’re looking for
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- No previous qualifications of certificate 3 in Early Learning
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

About the Service
Nestled in a quiet corner of Chisholm and convenient to major roads, Uniting Bunyarra Early Learning Chisholm supports families with education and childcare, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from birth to five years and provide nappies, all meals and regular excursions.
