Olive Branch Organization is an independent non-profit organization committed to fostering community development and economic empowerment. Its mission is to empower community members, enabling them to overcome challenges and creatively invest their resources,
The aim of this activity is to create sources of income for families affected by the earthquake so they can rebuild their lives, in addition to supporting the economy in Yayladağı which can’t afford too many families without income.
Currently we are planning to conduct 3 training packages for beneficiaries as follows:

TP1: Cybersecurity Awareness and Digital Well-being

TP2: Introduction to AI and its tools

TP3: İntro to video production
Training Main Objectives:
- Cybersecurity Awareness and Digital Well-being:
- To educate participants about cybersecurity risks and best practices for digital well-being.
- To provide practical skills for protecting personal and organizational data online.
- Introduction to AI and its tools:
- To introduce participants to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence.
- To familiarize participants with common AI tools and their applications.
- Introduction to video production:
- To teach participants the basics of video production techniques.
- To provide hands-on experience with video editing software and equipment.
Methodology
- Creation of the methodology and training schedule.
- Interactive, engaging teaching matters ex. Discussions, games, activities.
- Pre and Post-test.
- Conduct the evaluation of the training days.
- Follow up and continuous supervision during training days.
- Daily Report.
- Trainings are to be physically attended in Yayladağı- Hatay
Trainer deliverables
- Design of training materials and plan, including methodologies and training agenda.
- Training package, presentations, and related materials (tutorials/manuals/guidance).
- Evaluation of participants’ work based on received evaluation forms.
- Timelines and schedule arrangements for groups.
- Successful facilitation of the training.
- Technical advice and support to participants during the training/workshop.
- Attendance sheets.
- Final report on the implementation of the training (including Photos and videos with support of our field officers).
Duration and time frame
- The training will be conducted starting from 20 May 2024.
- A total of 3 training packages, each with multiple sessions.
- The training will take place in Yayladağı, Hatay, Türkiye.
- 3 Group per Training, Minimum 5 session per Group= 9 Group in Total for all trainings
Experience and Skill Requirements: Qualifications:
- Minimum university degree in relevant fields.
- Extensive experience (at least 3 years) in related fields.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in capacity building.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish, and English is desirable.
