Job Description:
The Job Holder is responsible for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of training in the fields of Business. He/she closely coordinates with the Business Officer in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of such courses.
In cooperation with the Project Business Officer, identify targeted business skills & financial management training needs of the program beneficiaries.
Implement appropriate Business and financial training as per the Reyadah business training curricula and day-to-day business trainings work plan, attendance sheets, pre and post-tests, logistics and other issues.
With the cooperation with the officer coordination with the Mukhtars, stakeholders and NGOs in Mosul.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure successful program implementation.
Working on referral pathway to refer beneficiaries to the main stakeholders.
Design and prepare the agenda of the training.
Facilitate and deliver the training sessions.
Prepares certificates for participants of training programs.
Write weekly report on the implemented activities.
Working closely with youth in preparation and writing proposals for small projects and implementing.
Any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma 2 years or Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in business training, writing CVs, employment or life skills projects and small businesses, etc.
Ability to work independently and within a team and working under pressure.
A very good communication skills, creative thinking and problem solving.
Fluent in Arabic and good in English.
Good computer skills (MS-Word, excel, PowerPoint, and E-Mail)
