Position open in the project: „Establishment and development of the SOUTH-EAST REGIONAL CENTER FOR RESEARCH CAREER GUIDANCE – AD. AUGUSTA”, contract no. 760030/23.05.2023
Job description – Important note – the position is not for researchers, but for the professional staff to develop the researcher’s career. The recruitment vacancy must be published on the Euroaxess platform in accordance with the terms of the contract. All positions have been matched with the categories indicated in the researcher profile so that the advertisement can be published.
Develops the Curriculum for the Continuing Professional Training Programs dedicated to Romanian researchers and those temporarily in CDI organizations;
Participates in the preparation of the documentation necessary to obtain the accreditation of the professional training programs organized within the project;
Participates in the planning and organization of continuous professional training sessions within the project;
Supports the training sessions, according to the planning carried out within the project, for the assigned target group;
Draws up reports on the continuing professional training services provided to Romanian researchers and those temporarily in CDI organizations;
Participates in the preparation of reports within the project, the collection, analysis and reporting of data related to the activities within the project;
Participates in the mediatization of the activities and in the development of the activities to ensure the visibility of the project;
Collaborates with the partner organizations within the project, with the other coordinators and experts within the implementation team, in order to ensure optimal conditions for the performance of the assigned activities;
Participates in the meetings/events organized within the project, contributing to the smooth running of the activities, their planning and organization;

Work related knowledge:
a.       knowledge of project management/implementation
b.      knowledge of communication and information dissemination techniques and methods
c.      good knowledge of the Romanian language
d.      knowledge of the execution of tasks
e.      knowledge of the working methods of PC, communication skills.
Psychological requirements for the workplace:
a.      Cognitive skills: Intelligence, ability to evaluate alternatives, flexibility in thinking/methodology, analytical skills;
b.      communicative and interpersonal skills: active listening, ability to convey messages in a sophisticated, easy and effective manner, sociability;
