About Us:
Full Stop Australia (Full Stop) is a not for profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney’s Inner West. Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse. We also offer best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocate for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic and family violence.
About the Role:
The focus of this role is to provide high level administrative support within the training and consultation services team, whilst ensuring there is consistency in systems and process which comply with organisational policy and procedures.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Training and Consultation Services with coordinating online and face-to-face training programs, workshop resources, and travel logistics and itineraries. You will liaise with client organisations, trainers and participants and manage resources such as training materials and equipment ensuring they are utilised effectively and maintained appropriately.
About You:
You will be someone who enjoys problem solving with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will have exceptional organisational skills and feel confident working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines. Attention to detail will be one of your key attributes.
You will also have extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas:
- Knowledge of the causes and consequences of sexual assault, family and domestic violence, including the particular barriers faced by marginalised population groups.
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding supporter/customer care and a supporter centred approach and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate situations to a successful outcome.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft 365.
- An understanding of, and commitment to the values of Full Stop Australia and the work we do.

Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4 under the Social, Community, Home, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award with above award wages.
Contract: This is a Full time (38 hrs p/w), permanent position. Full Stop Australia offers a hybrid model of working, with the option to work part of your hours from home (where applicable).
