Training Assurance and Operational Projects Specialist

Job Description:As the Training Assurance and Operational Projects Manager at Heathrow, you will play a crucial role within the Airfield Operations Management Team, ensuring that all training aligns with EASA and CAA standards to maintain a safe and efficient airfield. You will partner with the central learning team to develop and implement a comprehensive training plan, encompassing new starters, recurrent and targeted interventions based on competency assessments.Responsibilities:
