Training Director

Full Time: 5 days per week (together with regular Saturdays during the training term)

Term: Permanent

Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer

Accountable to: Chief Executve Officer

Locaton: Hybrid working from home and at the office in Morden.

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 dependent on experience plus contributory pension scheme.

The purpose of this role in the organisation is to coordinate the training for the organisation’s network of initiatives both face-to-face, through eLearning and online. Updating, refreshing, and developing the organisation’s training material. Developing the organisation’s online training platform to provide accredited training.

Being a decisive, creative, independent thinker, possessing a strong work ethic, and having the ability to work as part of a team are important elements of this role.
