We’re seeking a transport administration clerk to support our Fleet and Transport team at our Service Centre in our Chessington service centre. We are looking for someone who thrives in an exciting and challenging environment where the work we do is critical in ensuring the integrity of the medical supply chain. • Correctly enter information onto the transport KPI report
• Complete daily performance logs
• Handle telephone enquiries for external and internal customers
• Manage email inboxes
• Contact Drivers during the day as and when required
• Complete various administration duties relating to the efficient running of the fleet and transport department

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Good numeracy and communication skills.
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in working on excel and outlook would be beneficial
• Previous experience in a transport background would be beneficial but not essential
