Travel Designer

Requirements:
•      Frequent travelers who organize themselves completely independently, developing a travel route.
•      Oral and written knowledge of French at an advanced level. A high level of English is also required and knowledge of Danish is desirable.
•      Excellent knowledge’s of MS Office.
•      Excellent communication skills, with a polite and clear manner.
•      Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities include:
•      Development and preparation of new trips to Belgium, France, the Netherlands in combination with on-site research trips.
•      Providing advice to our clients before and after travel.
•      Preparing booking and travel documents, quotes and other materials.
•      Communicating with hotels, bookings, airlines, charter transport companies, local travel assistance agencies.
•      Organizing events for clients.
