Travel Support Consultant

The Common Services Unit of the UNICEF Thailand Office (TCO) is seeking a consultant to provide support in wide range of tasks under travel management to travelers who are UNICEF staff, personnels and affiliates which includes but not limited to ticket arrangements, trip management and travel document preparation also advising appropriate alternatives to achieve above tasks through coordination with internal and external parties such as travelers, Embassies, MoFA and Immigrations bureau.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ticket reservations with UN approved airlines.
• Extensive experience in handling visa arrangement under complex requirement.
• Solid knowledge different type of visa and travel document required.
• Experience in working within UN system, Embassies, international non-profit organization.
• Proven records in successful managing travel arrangement including document for emergency.
• Highly Experience in working with government authorities on visa issues and travel document.
• Good track records in working with large group of clients in multi-cultural environments.
