Tree Worker / Arborist

New Leaf Tree Services Inc in Hudson, NY is looking to hire multiple people to support our tree care operations.

We work with trees to ensure the safety and beauty of landscapes, improve property, and promote the wellbeing of the environment. Our practice is governed by principles of safety and integrity. We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusiveness and respect within our crew as well as in the community.

We are looking for motivated individuals who take an active interest in nature, enjoy physical outdoor work, and enjoy learning new things and tackling new challenges. Experience with climbing, aerial lift work, chain saws, wood chippers, mini skid steers, and driving (and backing up) trucks and trailers is of interest – but we will also train the right people as needed. Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Full time workers qualify for benefits – holiday pay, sick and vacation days, retirement with 3% company match, health insurance, and tuition/loan assistance plan. Hourly rates from $22-$28 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
