The Trusts and Statutory Manager will play an integral role in securing funding for our non-profit organisation, particularly in the area of marketing and agency. The role involves strategic planning, proposal writing, and relationship building with key stakeholders.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of medium to high-value prospects (50k+), collaborating with the Prospect Research Manager to identify and qualify new opportunities, focusing on strategic, multi-year funding.

  • Create compelling funding proposals that align with funders’ needs and generate income for various projects.
  • Account manage trusts and statutory funders, leading on donor care and ensuring the timely delivery of impact reports and relevant information.
  • Lead the development of cultivation and stewardship plans for major funders, using a creative and relationship-driven approach.
  • Provide excellent line management, supporting team members to meet targets and implementing effective reporting systems for grant monitoring and financial tracking.
  • Play a key role in the development of new projects and high-value partnerships, including creating cases for support and proposal documents.
  • Support the Head of Trusts and Statutory in developing and executing strategy, helping set and report on financial and non-financial KPIs and team activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams, ensuring compliance, accurate CRM record-keeping, and identifying market trends and key decision-makers for new opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all donor interactions and reporting activities.
