Please visit for more informationWhat you’ll needPerforming One to One development sessions on a monthly basis, working towards the individual’s growth and improvement, culminating in a year end Review.Manage a team in day to day business operations. This will include task allocation, daily splits, support as needed and continual training and development.Develop and maintain end to end documentation of the Contract Management processes.Development and delivery of up to date training and support materials for the Contract Management processes.Handle Escalated complaints whilst maintaining a positive relationship with the resolutions team and putting in place alterations as required within process based off of this experience.Responsible for supervising and reporting on the performance of the team and providing the required information for the monthly board report.Maintaining positive relationships with all partners within the business.And any experience of these would be really usefulExtensive experience of all CM processes and procedures.Able to action escalated complaints related to all CM Processes.Must feel comfortable with CM processes to a point that they can coach others on how to take appropriate action.Responsible for continual improvement in regards to all CM processes.Be comfortable in providing feedback to individuals as well as the team as a whole.Be able to recognise effective teaching styles based on the individuals learning needsAbout working for usOur focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.We’re disability confident.
