C.4.4 Two-dimensional animator consultant – SDG local Action

The UN SDG Action Campaign is seeking to engage a consultant specializing in two-dimensional video animation. The objective is to enhance the team’s capabilities in animating drawn images and to produce three (3) specific video materials. The storyboards for each animation, along with the visual identity and basic graphic designs, will be provided by UNDP.

The consultant’s responsibilities will include finalizing the animations, upgrading the production standards, and improving the speed of imaging. Additionally, the consultant will be expected to train the team on enhancing the project’s visual identity graphics capabilities.
