Job description

UI Developer – JavaScript – React – Angular London. FinTech organisation with a cutting edge product which allows trading companies to analyse data from exchanges and banks in order to discover opportunities in the derivatives markets seeking to hire a UI Developer. They are going through a phase of growth, having started only 5 years ago, they have received extensive financial backing and now have 100+ employees spread across 3 continents.The UI Developer will be responsible for:

• Design and development of user features
• Developing frameworks, libraries and complex web applications
• Working as part of an Agile team working closely with scrum masters, developers and senior business stakeholders
• Influence and define development strategy for web applications, high volume applications and developing prototypes
• Use TDD and BDD development techniques

The UI Developer should have:

• Extensive experience developing single page applications, with demonstrable output
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, Angular
• React experience is required
• Conceptual understanding of UX / UI design process and development
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, REST and Websockets

The UI Developer will work in an environment that is dynamic with a flat structure and will appeal to hands-on, positive individuals who are interested in being able to influence development strategy, implement new techniques and be part of a assisting with the growth of a UI development team.
