Description of the Assignment: To support the Central Harmonization Unit (CHU) of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) by providing advisory support to the CHU for implementing the key findings of the Gap Assessment of the Public Internal Financial Control (PIFC) regulatory framework; amending and updating the regulatory framework, training curriculum and training materials, and presenting the new Global IA Standards and planned changes to the national regulatory framework to Internal Auditors in the public sector in Serbia. To support the implementation of selected elements of Performance Management in public fund beneficiaries by contributing to Activities 3.1.1: Strengthening the regulatory framework for implementing FMC across the public sector, and 3.4.1: Enhancing the capacities of IA for conducting effective IA in the public sector by introducing new methodologies, tools and knowledge products.
