APWCR is incorporated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and strives to protect and promote human rights through research, education, advocacy, and developmental programs in targeted communities in the United States of America and Africa, with a focus on women, children, and youths.

Context

As APWCR continues to grow, our website must reflect the strength of our work and serve as a hub for donors, partners, and the public. We aim to regularly publish content that informs, inspires, and mobilizes support. We are seeking a skilled volunteer writer to create and edit original content for our blog, web pages, and campaigns. This assignment helps us amplify the voices of women and children at the heart of our mission.

Task Description

The volunteer will draft articles, project features, beneficiary stories, and advocacy blogs aligned with APWCR’s vision and thematic areas (e.g., GBV, education, displacement). They will edit or rewrite existing site content to ensure it is polished, professional, and SEO-optimized where applicable. The volunteer will work closely with the Communications team and submit 1–2 articles per month for publishing.
