Introduction : Scope of Tender Working under the overall guidance of the Global LoCAL Facility Manager, the LoCAL Programme Specialist and on the ground supervision of the Technical Specialist (Local Government Finance), the Climate Change Specialist and in close collaboration with the Government of Ghana (Ministry of Local Government Decentralization and Rural Development (MLGDRD) and the Environmental Protection Agency – (EPA), the service provider will be responsible to deliver a CRVA for each of the thirteen District Assemblies.
