[Construcción y puesta en funcionamiento de 10 puntos estratégicos de sombra en la ruta Uribia al Cabo de la Vela del departamento de la Guajira, para los siguientes tres (3) lotes según las dos tipologías de infraestructura establecidas, tipo A y B:].
