UNDP-HQ-00964 – Long-Term Agreement for the Provision of Web development, Mobile development, User Experience/User Interface UX/UI, Data Analytics, and Data Science

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Web development, Mobile development, User Experience/User Interface UX/UI, Data Analytics, and Data Science. Please be guided by the attached forms in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the system directly in the portal.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Offers received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

To access the Negotiation documents please make sure to follow the instructions provided on the procurement notices website by clicking on the respective link first after which you will gain access to review the documents.

Should you require further clarifications on the application through the Quantum online portal, kindly contact the Procurement Unit at [email protected]. Please pay attention that the proposal shall be submitted online through the Quantum system and any proposal sent to the above email shall be disqualified.

 

The deadline for Submission of Offers (Date and Time), which is visible in the online supplier portal, will be final. The portal will not accept the submission of any offer after that date and time. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure that the offer is submitted prior to this deadline for submission.

Bidders are advised to upload offer documents and to submit their offer at least a day prior or well before the date and time indicated under the deadline for submission of Offers. Do not wait until the last minute. If the bidder faces any issue while submitting offers at the last minute prior to the deadline for submission, 

UNDP may not be able to assist on such short notice and will not be held liable in such instances. UNDP will not accept any offer that is not submitted directly through the System.

If there is any discrepancy between the deadline in the system and the deadline indicated elsewhere, the deadline in the system prevails.

IMPORTANT: If an amendment is created in Quantum, the system will automatically remove your originally posted bid. In order to repost it, you must acknowledge the amendment, review your bid response (if necessary) and Re-submit the bid again. It is your full responsibility to ensure that your bid is successfully posted in the system prior to the expiry of the negotiation end date/time. Please refer to the detailed instructions in the user guide.

A pre bid conference to allow vendors to seek any clarification on the Terms of Reference will be held at Time: 11:00 AM, New York (EST) on April 26th 2024 via zoom meeting.
