Description of the Assignment: The Consultant will provide technical and programmatic support to the Energy Department, Government of Bihar, in developing a high-quality, fundable Detailed Project Report (DPR) under the State Disaster Mitigation Fund (SDMF). The Consultant will work in close coordination with BSDMA and UNDP to ensure the DPR is aligned with sectoral risk priorities and national/state guidelines.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 03 months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
