UNDP Nepal requires professional sustainable event management services to facilitate and organize events including large-scale. This initiative aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of event planning and execution. The primary objectives of this assignment are as follows: • Collaborate closely with UNDP Nepal to ensure the effective planning, management, and execution of events, adhering to the highest national standards. • Provide top-quality services for organizing eco-conscious events, including conferences, workshops, training sessions, meetings, accommodation, travel arrangements, and mission-related events in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure that event facilities, such as conference halls, information technology resources, stationery, and catering, meet the required standards for hosting such events as per specified requirements. • Guarantee that the implementation process aligns with the established timeline for each event. • Ensure that events are culturally sensitive and grounded in the local context. The approximate value of LTA threshold for three years will be tentative USD 130,000.00. This is just an estimated figure, and not a guaranteed volume, and this should not be considered as a promise to do the business with selected bidder.
