Introduction :

MAGP seeks to recruit an experienced firm to manage WhatsApp groups/communities for transmitting information and targeted messages related to TB disease, engage with audiences, observing and maintaining conversations (within the app).

As part of the broader multi-modal communication strategy, the firm will efficiently manage WhatsApp groups/communities to transmit information and pre-developed messages on TB. The firm must be capable of managing multiple groups, moderating and guiding conversations, effectively communicating relevant messages, and to maintain relevant data and information.
