Introduction

We kindly request you to submit your proposal for the assignment Re-advertisement – C/2025/053 – Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for the development of a M&E Framework for the Implementation of the Natural Resource Use Fee Law of Mongolia

UNDP Mongolia seeks a national consultant to provide monitoring and evaluation expertise for the development of a M&E framework for the Implementation of the Natural Resources Use fee Law of Mongolia to the “BIOFIN” project team.

The duration of initial contract will be 30 working days (over 4 months).
The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

 

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
