Country: Serbia

Description of the Assignment: To provide quality control and technical control in development of a software solution for the budget preparation. To support the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Serbia (MoF) by providing expert technical support in development of the software solution for program budgeting and financial planning in health institutions. This will contribute to achieving following results: Result 5.1.1 – program budgeting in healthcare institutions implemented and financial planning and transparency enhanced; Result 5.2.1 – a clear and structured program performance reporting system established

Period of assignment/services: May 2025 – July 2026
