Context

UNFPA’s global mission is to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights, empower women, and advance gender equality. As a trusted partner in Eritrea for over 30 years, UNFPA has supported critical initiatives that have led to significant achievements, including improvements in maternal health and the reduction of gender-based violence. Through UNFPA’s programs, tangible outcomes have emerged, particularly in the areas of reproductive health and women’s empowerment. We have facilitated increased access to essential health services and education, enabling women to make informed choices about their reproductive health. Our efforts have also focused on enhancing women’s participation in decision-making processes and economic activities through targeted support. The report highlights the successes and challenges faced during the reporting year, and how UNFPA’s resources have contributed to advancing Sexual Reproductive Health, gender equality and women’s empowerment. This annual report illustrates UNFPA’s work through through out 2024 and its measurable outcomes achieved. The report will demonstrate UNFPA’s vital role in Eritrea’s progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Task Description

UNFPA Eritrea is preparing its Annual Report for the year 2024. The report will include text content, photos, and graphs. We seek a professional designer to create an aesthetically pleasing and effective layout that aligns with our branding. Objectives • To design a comprehensive layout for the 2024 Annual Report. • To ensure that all text, photos, and graphs are presented clearly and attractively. Responsibilities: 1. Design Layout: • Create a cohesive visual layout for the report that includes cover page, table of contents, sections for text, images, and graphs. • Ensure the design aligns with the organization’s branding guidelines. 2. Incorporate Content: • Integrate provided text, images, and graphs into the layout. • Ensure all elements are well-organized and easy to navigate. 3. Revisions: • Provide up to three rounds of revisions based on feedback from the organization. 4. Final Deliverables: • A print-ready PDF version of the Annual Report. • An editable version (if applicable) for future updates. SPECIAL NOTICE: This is an unpaid assignment.
